Is my transaction secure?

To protect your security we use the PayPal Shopping Cart.

This means that each time you press the 'Add to Basket' button your transaction will be recorded on the PayPal Shopping Cart.
You will see the Yellow Padlock symbol appear at the bottom of your browser screen when any information relating to your order, your personal details, or your payment details, are being handled. This tells you that the transaction is being conducted over a secure connection.

While you are viewing other pages on the website it is possible that the yellow padlock will not be shown - however, rest assured that any personal information will always be handled by our secure systems.

Why use PayPal?
We use PayPal because it allows you to make payment from your credit card, debit card, or bank account in a secure environment.
Your financial details are not passed to us from PayPal - we only receive a confirmation from PayPal that a specific payment has been completed.
Although we use the PayPal Shopping Cart, you DO NOT need to sign up for a PayPal account.

What if I don't already have a PayPal account?
When you have completed your purchases you will be taken to the checkout.
Simply follow the easy steps to enter your payment details (Mastercard/Eurocard, Visa/Delta/Electron, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo, etc), name & address & telephone number, and email address, and your transaction will be completed.
PayPal will then seamlessly handle the payment transaction from your credit/debit card or bank account through to Charlie-G.
Although we use the PayPal Shopping Cart, you DO NOT need to sign up for a PayPal account.

Does it cost me any more to pay you using PayPal?
It should not cost you anymore to complete your transaction through PayPal
The PayPal transaction charges are paid by us (the Merchant) - you will only pay any usual charges associated with using your Credit or Debit card through any other store. You will not be charged any extra for using PayPal
