The 'BUYER' means any person, firm or company purchasing
the goods or services supplied by charlie-g-armyandnavy.co.uk.
Conditions
Applicable: If within 14 days of delivery of the product
the Seller is notified by the Buyer that the product is faulty
then the Buyer may return the product to the Seller at his own
expense. The Seller will then repair, replace or give credit
to the Buyer dependant upon the fault identified. Should the
fault be found with the product then charlie-g-armyandnavy.co.uk
will refund the cost of the shipping in full.
Any
product returned to the Seller as faulty which on examination
is found not to be suffering from any fault will be returned
to the Buyer at his expense. If the Buyer does return any product
he shall first obtain a charlie-g-armyandnavy.co.uk Return Number
and ensure this is clearly marked on the returned item and also
enclose a copy of the charlie-g-armyandnavy.co.uk Delivery Note
or Invoice.
Our
Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as
